How much is shipping?

Shipping is based on the total amount of your order as follows:

When will my order be shipped?

Most cinda b purchases are shipped from our Atlanta headquarters within two (2) business days of ordering. If there is a delay, you will be notified via email.

How are orders shipped?

U.S. cinda b orders are sent via FedEx Ground, FedEx 2-Day, or FedEx Overnight. Canadian orders are sent via USPS.

Can my order be sent internationally?

Of course! If you are shipping to Canada, simply order online. International shipping rates are $10 more for standard shipping or $20 additional for express shipping. For shipping to all other countries, please call us at 404-312-4585 or email us to place your order so we can get you the correct shipping rate.

Is ordering on this site secure?

Yes, the cinda b site uses an SSL certificate when processing transactions to encrypt personal and credit card data. Until you login, the web page addresses begin with "http". Once you login to the checkout process and a secure connection is present, the address displayed will begin with "https" - note the "s" at the end. Also, many browsers display a "lock" icon on the browser window - in Internet Explorer, for example, you should see the lock in the lower right corner; in Safari, it's in the the upper right corner. Clicking on the icon will give you details on the SSL certificate!

Returns and Exchanges

What if I need to return or exchange my bag?

We love cinda b bags and we think you will too. But if it just doesn't work out, cinda b is happy to exchange your purchase for another item or refund the credit card used for purchase, provided the following conditions are met:

cinda b must receive your return or exchange within fourteen (14) days after you receive it
You must send your cinda b item by prepaid, insured, traceable mail for your protection. UPS, FedEx, USPS, and other carriers offer this service. cinda b, inc. is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.
cinda b returns or exchanges must be unused with all tags attached.
cinda b returns or exchanges must be accompanied by the original receipt or packing invoice.

How will I be refunded for a return?

If you are returning an item, cinda b will issue a refund to the credit card used to purchase the item for the value of the merchandise and any sales tax you may have been charged. Please note that we cannot refund any shipping charges.

How do I exchange an item?

If you are exchanging an item for a different size or color, please include a note with your address and phone number along with your exchange information.

What forms of payment do you accept?

cinda b accepts Visa, MasterCard, and American Express for processing via secure server. Sorry, but cinda b does not accept personal checks for internet orders.
